This Privacy Policy explains how the app “Work Assignment / Task Allocation Sheet Creator” (“the App”) handles user information.

  • User identifier (UID) issued by Firebase Authentication
  • Authentication status (anonymous sign-in or Sign in with Apple)
• User-Generated Data
  • File data (title, time range, task blocks, notes, etc.)
  • Staff data
  • Task data
  • App settings
• Subscription Information (status only)
  • Subscription entitlement status via StoreKit
• Backup Data
  • JSON backup files created by user action

1. How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes:

• Providing core app functionality (creating, editing, and saving work assignment sheets)
• Syncing data across devices (Firebase Firestore)
• Enabling/disabling features based on subscription status
• Providing backup and restore features
• Preventing misuse and handling operational issues

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase
  • Firebase Authentication (user authentication)
  • Cloud Firestore (data storage and sync)
• Apple StoreKit
  • Subscription purchase, restore, and entitlement status

Information handled by these services is subject to each provider’s own privacy policy.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share user information with third parties, except where required by law.

5. Data Storage and Management

• Cloud data in the App is managed per authenticated user.
• When account deletion is requested, user data in Firestore is deleted first, then the authentication account is deleted.
• Backup files are stored/shared according to the destination selected by the user and that destination’s policy.

5. User Controls

Users can perform the following actions within the App:

• Edit and delete data
• Create and restore backups
• Delete their account

1. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. If there are material changes, we will provide notice in the App or on distribution pages.
